摘要
密西根大学之所以成为世界顶级的研究型大学之一,不仅应归因于其正确的办学理念,更应归因于其与之相符的办学实践。密西根大学的成功,不仅彰显了密大人对大学理念的坚守,更难能可贵的是他们已经形成了一套贯彻落实大学理念的行之有效的体制机制。我国研究型大学与世界一流大学相比,在大学理念认知、投资体制、专业化管理、专业化管理、人才培养模式、大学文化培育等方面均存在很大的差距,必须进行深刻变革,切实加以改进。
The reason why University of Michigan became the world-class university is due to its right school-running idea,and its school-running practice according to its idea.The success of University of Michigan illuminated the idea consecrated by the community of University of Michigan.Moreover,they formed a set of institutions which could be carried out effectively.Comparing to our research universities,there＇re tremendous gaps in the perspectives of recognition of idea,system of investment,professional management,mode of talent cultivation,and cultivation of culture,which need to change and improve.
