高校内部管理体制主要涉及机构设置、教职工管理和学生管理等方面,反映了高等教育微观层面的资源配置和管理状况。高校内部管理体制指标包括教师职务评聘权、校内机构设置权、合同聘任制教师所占比例、教师工资中非国发工资的比例和学生学籍管理权五个方面。
The internal management system of higher education institutions includes the organization structuring,faculty management and students' affair management,which reflect the situation of resource allocation and management in the micro perspective.The indicators of internal management system involve the right of faculty appointment,the right of organization structuring,the ratio of contract employment faculty,the ratio of faculty salary from the outside,and the right of students' enrollment status.
