摘要
在建立数字化场站效能评估指标体系的基础上,针对数字化场站效能评估这类多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于Vague集间相似度量的数字化场站效能评估方法。首先将专家评语集转换成相应的Vague集,其次将各指标的Vague值转换成相应的Fuzzy值,从而确定理想数字化场站效能的Vague值,通过对各场站到理想数字化场站Vague集之间相似度量值的计算,从而根据相似度量值的大小确定各场站综合效能的优劣排序。最后,结合案例说明了基于Vague集的数字化场站效能评估过程及其方法的有效性和优越性。
