摘要 介绍了10台不同制造厂家的汽轮机中压转子冷却控制方式,分析了不同的冷却控制方式对汽轮机运行安全性和经济性产生不同的影响。通过分析发现,在保证汽轮机安全的前提下,在检修和运行中控制冷却蒸汽流量和温度,可以提升汽轮机运行安全和经济性。 An introduction and analysis is being presented to control methods for cooling of medium-pressure rotors of 10 steam turbines respectively produced by different manufacturers.Different cooling methods play different roles in influencing the safety and economy of turbine operation.Analysis results show that the turbine safety and economy may be improved by controlling the steam flow rate and temperature during maintenance and operation period,under the premise that turbine safety is guaranteed.
