摘要
精心组织和科学管理是做好多学科交叉项目研究工作的先决条件和重要保障。本文在分析高校多学科交叉项目的特点与项目组织管理难点的基础上,建立了一种多学科交叉项目组织与管理的三维结构模型,该模型从项目、项目研究内容涉及的学科内涵、学科与其所属院系的行政关系三个维度,描述了多学科交叉项目的学科内涵、相关学科与院系的隶属关系以及项目与承担该项目的院系之间的关系。同时,它还为指导多学科交叉项目研究团队的组织工作和团队内的任务分工与经费分配提供了具体方法。
Elaborate organization and scientific management is significant for successfully conducting an interdisciplinary research project in universities.Based on analyzing the features of interdisciplinary research projects in universities together with the difficulties encountered in project organization and management,this article puts forward a three-dimensional structure model for organizing and managing the interdisciplinary research projects.The proposed model explicitly describes the disciplinary components,the relationship of administrative subordination of the related disciplines and departments,and the relationship between the projects and the corresponding departments.The application of the model is further discussed to present the methods of team organization,mission assignment,and funds allocation for the project management.
