摘要
为扩大炼焦煤种降低焦化厂生产成本,选取六种配煤方案进行研究,采用添加剂替代炼焦配煤中的一种或两种强粘结性煤,从而改善配合煤的质量指标,增加弱粘结性煤用量。文章对试验结果进行了详细的分析和介绍,并得出了相应的试验结论,该试验结论对降低配煤炼焦成本有一定的参考作用。
In order to have more coking coal and reduce the production cost of the coking plant,six blended coal plans selected were studied.An additive applied to replace one or two high binding coal could improve the quality index of the blended coal and increase the quantity of the less binding coal.A detail analysis and introduction was made on the experiment results and a related experiment conclusion was obtained.The e4xperiment conclusion would have a certain reference value to reduce the coking cost of the blended coal.
