摘要
电缆安装和长期运行中可能产生各种缺陷导致局部放电。由于交联聚乙烯等挤塑型绝缘材料耐放电性较差,绝缘材料老化最终导致绝缘击穿,造成重大事故。电缆终端的故障率远高于电缆本体,通过试验研究了基于大尺径高频传感器的电缆终端检测方法。在实验室进行了传感器的研制和试验方法的校验,对运行中的电缆终端进行了局部放电普测,通过实例验证了此种方法的可行性,可为高压开关柜内电缆终端局部放电高频检测现场诊断提供参考。
Possible defects introduced by installation and long time operation could lead to power cable partial discharge (PD). The insulating material produced by extruding such as XLPE is liable to PD. The aging of those materials could result in insulation breakdown and undesirable accidents. The failure rate of cable terminals is much higher than that of cable body. The PD detection method based on a high frequency current sensor with large diameter for cable terminals was studied. The sensor was developed and calibrated by laboratory tests. A general PD survey in operational cable terminals was performed and the feasibility of this approach was validated by field tests. The work described here is useful for the partial discharge diagnosis of power cable terminals in high voltage switch cabinet with high frequency sensors.
