摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)B26是一株对白桦木材蓝变菌有良好拮抗作用的生防菌,具有开发成为微生态制剂的潜力。对枯草芽孢杆菌B26的生物学特性进行了研究,以确定其最适生长温度、pH值、光照条件以及碳源、氮源。结果表明:该菌株生长适宜温度为30~40℃,最适生长温度为35℃;适宜pH值为7.0~8.0;自然光照下菌株生长较好;对碳源的利用以半乳糖为最佳,氮源以牛肉膏为最佳。
Bacillus subtilis B26 is a biocontrol strain which shows antifungal activity against sapstain in Betula platyphylla wood,having a great potential of being developed into a microbial preparation.The biological characteristics of B.subtilis B26 were studied in order to determine the optimum growth conditions.Results show that this bacterial strain can grow well at 30-40 degrees C.The optimum growth conditions for B.subtilis B26 were obtained as temperature 35 degrees C,pH value from 7.0 to 8.0,natural light,carbon source galactose,and nitrogen source beef extract.
