纳米TiO_2对髯毛箬竹光合特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以髯毛箬竹为试验材料,采用叶面喷施的处理方法,研究不同质量浓度(150、3004、50 mg·L-1)的纳米TiO2对髯毛箬竹光合特性的影响,结果显示:与对照相比,各质量浓度处理的纳米TiO2均能不同程度地促进髯毛箬竹净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等气体交换参数和PSII潜在活性(Fv/F0)、PSII有效光化学效率(F'v/F'm)、PSII实际光化学效率(ΦP,SⅡ)、PSII电子传递速率(ET,R)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)等叶绿素荧光参数的升高,其中以150mg·L-1质量浓度处理效果最佳,在21d时各参数分别比对照增加了29.8%3、0.5%1、5.0%、15.3%、18.8%、48.8%、48.7%和51.3%,均与对照差异显著(p<0.05);但对胞间CO2摩尔分数(Ci)和PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)的影响不明显(p>0.05),后期对非光化学猝灭系数(NP,Q)有明显抑制作用。各参数变化间的相关分析表明,Pn与Gs、Tr、Fv/Fm、Fv/F0、F'v/F'm、ΦP,SⅡ、ET,R及qP呈正相关,而与Ci和NP,Q呈负相关。 Effects of different concentrations of nano-TiO2(150,300,450mg/L) on photosynthetic characteristics of Indocalamus barbatus McClure were studied by foliar spraying method.Results showed that all the treatments of different concentrations of nano-TiO2 could increase the gas exchange parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters to some extent,such as net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),PSII potential activity(Fv/F0),PSII effective photochemical efficiency(F′v/F′m),PSII actual photochemical efficiency(ΦP,SⅡ),PSII electron transport rate(ET,R) and photochemical quench(qP).The optimal concentration of nano-TiO2 was 150mg/L.Compared to the control,the above parameters significantly(p0.05) increased by 29.8%,30.5%,15.0%,15.3%,18.8%,48.8%,48.7% and 51.3% respectively after 21 days of treatment,but the intercellular CO2 concentrations(Ci) and PSII maximal photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) were not obviously changed(p0.05),and the non-photochemical quench(NP,Q) was inhibited during the late experimental period.According to the correlation analysis,Pn was positively correlated with Gs,Tr,Fv/Fm,Fv/F0,F′v/F′m,ΦP,SⅡ,ET,R and qp,and negatively correlated with Ci and NP,Q.
