摘要
新生代外来工渴望获取知识和技能培训,渴求充实的精神生活和健康心理。公共图书馆作为公益性文化机构,有责任破除自我封闭的服务倾向,依照柔性服务的要求和平等开放的原则,优化服务工具和手段,提高服务时效,提供多元化服务项目,延伸服务范围,增强馆员的人性化服务意识和社会化服务意识,把握新生代外来工的心理需求和偏好,改善他们的文化生态环境,扩大图书馆的服务能力和社会影响力。
The new generation of migrant workers craves for knowledge,skill trainings,the rich spiritual life and healthy psychology.As the nonprofit cultural in stitution,public libraries have obligation to get rid o f the self-reclusive service inclination.Th erefore,according to the requirement of flexible services and principles of fair and open access,public libraries should optimize service instruments and means,promote the service efficiency,diversify service products,extend the service range,enhance librarians＇ humanized and socialized service consciousness,understand the psychological demand and preference of the new generation of migrant workers,and improve their cultural ecology environment,in order to enlarge the service capability and social influence of public libraries.
