摘要
高校合并后,图书馆文献布局模式发生了较大变化。上海师范大学图书馆开发的依托储存书库的一线馆藏管理模式,提高了书库管理水平,调动了馆员的工作积极性,提高了馆藏文献的利用率。多校区办学体制下高校图书馆的文献资源建设可借鉴上海师范大学图书馆的经验,充分发挥高校合并后各校区图书馆的馆藏优势,进一步提高文献资源的共建与共享水平。
After the university amalgamation,the literature layout of university libraries changes a lot.Shanghai Normal University Library develops a first-line collection management model based on storage stacks,which helps to improve the management of stacks,the initiative of librarians and the utilization of collections.Through learning from the experience of Shanghai Normal University Library,the literature resources construction of university libraries under the multi-campus university system could give full play to advantages of library collections from different campuses,in order to improve the co-construction and sharing of literature resources.
