摘要
采用火花源原子发射光谱法测定钢中低含量碳(质量分数为0.0040%以下),对样品的加工方法、预燃时间、氩气的纯度和流量等影响因素进行探讨。利用高频红外碳硫仪分析定值的类型校正样来校正工作曲线以消除基体误差,再通过共存元素的干扰校正,可以快速、准确地测定钢中低含量碳。钢中碳质量分数的检出最小值为0.0003%,相对标准偏差小于6.32%。
The low carbon content in steel(with mass fraction of carbon0.0040%) is determined through the method of spark source atomic emission spectrometry.The influencing factors of the machining method for samples,preburning time,argon purity and flow is discussed.calibration curves is corrected to eliminate the base error through high frequency induction infrared ray carbon and sulfur determinator,and then it is corrected by the interference of coexistence elements.The low carbon content can be tested rapidly and accurately.The minimum mass fraction of carbon is 0.0003%and the relative standard deviation is less than 6.32%.
