摘要
根据项目群构建的要求,论述了项目群构建评价指标体系的建立思路,从项目自身重要性、项目对项目群的适宜程度和项目与其他项目的相关程度三个方面建立项目群构建评价指标体系,针对专家评价法的不足,提出基于模糊AHP/TOPSIS法的项目群构建评价模型,最后通过实例说明方法的合理性。
According to the requirements of programmer construction,this paper discusses the construction evaluation index system,including the establishment from project to project,project of the importance of the project and the related degree with other projects.Because of the insufficient of the expert evaluation method,this paper proposes the fuzzy AHP/TOPSIS method to evaluating,and finally illustrates the rationality of this method.
