摘要
为了综合利用工业废弃渣,节约能源,采用立式辊磨对钢铁厂高炉矿渣进行超细粉磨,生产出的矿渣微粉是一种活性混合材,可以添加到水泥熟料中生产矿渣水泥,减少熟料用量,提高水泥后期强度。对目前国内单台产量最大的国产化矿渣立磨主机配置和工艺流程做了介绍,整个系统已成功运行,并达产达标。其成功运行表明,该系统的设备选型及工艺流程设计合理可靠,并为矿渣立磨及其驱动装置的国产化提供了成功的案例。
In order to make use of industry waste and save resources,the vertical mill is used to supergrind-ing the slag coming from steel plants.The produced slag powder is an active material,which can be added into the cement clinker to produce the slag cement,so as to decrease the clinker dosage and increase the cement strength.In the paper,the constitution and the operation flow of the largest slag vertical mill at home are intro-duced,now it has successfully operated and reaches the designing indexes.Its successful operation indicates the reasonableness of the equipment model selection and the operation flow,and offers a successful example for the localization of the slag vertical mill and its drive.
