摘要
旋挖钻机在施工时摔钻杆事故时有发生,对设备的损坏较为严重。应用单片机和传感器等设计了防摔钻杆装置,通过测量动力头上钻杆的质量及钻杆的长度,对摔钻杆事故征兆进行逻辑判断,防止设备事故的发生。
Drop of rill rods happen frequently during the operation of the rotary drill rig,which results in serious damage of equipments.Anti-drop unit for drill rod is designed with SCM and sensors.It makes logical judgment at the dropping omen of drill rods by measuring the mass and the length of the drill rod on the power head,thus the dropping of drill rod is prevented.
