摘要
随着智能电网建设需求的提出,配用电网络自动化程度的不断提高,对配用电通信网建设提出了较高要求。电力网络现有的通信方式及其配置方案很难满足智能电网各层次的需要。近年来,各种通信新技术不断涌现,给智能电网的通信网络增多了可选方案。面对如此众多前沿的通信新技术,如何按照智能电网的要求选择合适的通信方式变得越来越复杂。文章比较了现有的配用电通信技术体制,并结合江苏电力配用电网络的现状,提出了江苏配用电一体化通信平台典型方案。
Along with the development of smart grid,the automation level of power distribution and consumption network has been improved and higher quality communication network is required.The communication mode and network configuration of existing power grid cannot meet the needs of smart grid.The emergence of new technologies in recent years brings more opportunities for the development of communication network in smart grid.So how to select the appropriate communication mode for smart grid is becoming increasingly important.This paper compares the existing communication system in power distribution and consumption network.Based on the current network status in Jiangsu Electric Power Company,it put forward the typical plan of integrated communication platform for power distribution and consumption network in Jiangsu.
