摘要
介绍掺Yb3+光纤激光器及放大器的原理、研究进展及发展潜力。并对掺Yb3+光纤的超短脉冲激光及其放大技术做一介绍。文中还介绍了我们研制的掺Yb3+石英单模光纤。
This paper presents the principle and progress and potentiality of Ytterbium doped fiber laser and amplifier. The ultrashort optical pulses generation and its amplification based on Yb 3+ doped fiber is presented. The characteristics of Yb 3+ doped single mode silicate fiber made by ourself is presented in this paper.
