摘要
通过观察群体蛔虫再感染和感染率的动态变化,本文提出了群体驱治蛔虫的间隔时间——群治频率。蛔虫感染与再感染分别出现于驱虫后第1和第2个月,在4个月后阳性率明显加快,至第8个月升至原水平的70%。此后回升速度变慢并趋于稳定。结果显示:为消灭传染源,间隔4个月驱蛔虫1次为最佳投药间期,间隔8个月以内效果较明显。
The dynamics both reinfection and infection rates of Ascaris lumbricoides was observed among 581 school children.The intervals of masstreatment for Ascaris are put forth in this paper. The results showed that the infection and the reinfection devel- oped in the lst and the 2ne month after masstreatment respectively and egg positive rate grew up repadly in the 4th month.In the 8th month the positive rate rose up to 70 percent or so of the primary infective rate before the treatment and the rising then became much and remained steady. According to the results above,it is suggested that the optimum intervals or freguencies of mass chemotherapy for Ascariasis are four months, and at lest, eight months.
