摘要
应用“PAP”法(一步法)染色对疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-2)和人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染的培养细胞以及宫颈癌脱落细胞上的FC受体进行了检测,并同时应用间接免疫酶法(IPA)检测了宫颈癌脱落细胞中的HSV-2和HCMV抗原。结果表明,在HSV-2、HCMV感染的HEL细胞上有Fc受体存在,并在某些宫颈癌脱落细胞上也测到Fc受体。将病毒抗原[HSV和(或)HCMV]检测与受体检测的结果进行比较发现,脱落细胞中病毒抗原阳性病例中Fc受体的检出率比病毒抗原阴性病例中Fc受体的检出率高。
Using 'PAP one step staining' method, we detected the cell-surface Fc receptors in cultured cells infected by HSV-2 and HC_ MV, and in exfoliated cells of cervical carcinoma; at the same time, we also detected HSV-2 and HCMV antigens in exfoliated cells of the cervix. It showed that Fc receptorsappear in culture cells infected by HS V-2 and HCMV andin cervical exfoliated cells of some cases of cervical cancer,Fc receptors were also present. Contrasting the detection of HSV- 2/HCMV antigens with the results of Fc receptos,the authors found that the positive rate of Fc receptors in the positive cases of HSV-2/HC M Vantigens of cervical exfoliated cells was higher than that in the ne- gative cases of HSV-2/HCMV antigens of exfoliated cells; the relation ship between Fc receptors and cervical carcinoma was discussed.
