摘要
2009年外商对马来西亚的直接投资大幅下滑,马来西亚从东南亚地区的引资"优等生"转变为"差等生",说明马来西亚经济吸引力显著下降的事实,这无疑将对当前马来西亚经济改革的进程和目标产生十分重大的不利影响。基础条件不佳、经济上的长期结构性问题以及改革政策反复是影响马来西亚吸引外资能力的最主要因素。
The Foreign Direct Investment（FDI） in Malaysia fell sharply in 2009,and Malaysia has translated from ＂top student＂ to ＂humble student＂ in attracting FDI in Southeast Asia,which indicate significant decline in economic attractiveness of Malaysia.Undoubtedly,this would bring adverse effects to the process and the goal of the current reform in Malaysia.Poor infrastructure conditions,the long-term economic structural problems and changeful reform policies are the primary factors which affect Malaysia＇s capability in attracting foreign investment.
