摘要
目的为介入放射学提供辐射安全保障。方法根据介入手术之特点、X射线辐射场的剂量分布以及辐射防护最优化的原则,按照射区与手术区屏蔽隔离的原理,设计制造通用组合式介入防护装置。结果研制出三台防护装置,经三家医院与三种不同类型X线机匹配使用,证明其适用性、通用性与防护效果良好。结论设计思路科学、可行,具有推广应用价值,可解决我国的介入防护问题。
Objective To provide safe radiation protection in interventional radiology. Methods In accordance with the feature of interventional operaiton, the dose distribution of Xray radiation fields and the principle of optimization of radiation protection radiation protection, designed and manufactured an universal combined equipment for interventional radiological protection. Results 3 such equipments were manufactured and applied with 3 Xray machines of different types in 3 hospitals. The practical application revealed that these equipments were good in feasibility, universalization and protective effectiveness. Conclusion The equipment is scientific in design, feasible in application and worthy in popularization.
