摘要
[目的]为闽北红地球葡萄产业的可持续发展提供技术支持。[方法]通过对红地球葡萄果园采取不同覆盖和套袋组合的对比试验,探讨闽北遮雨大棚内不同覆盖、不同套袋对红地球葡萄的单果粒重、果粒纵横径大小和果实内含物可溶性固形物含量的影响。[结果]覆盖有利于提高浅层地温,套袋可以降低果实周围的空气温度,不同覆盖物的增温效果与不同套袋的降温效果组合,达到动态平衡是影响红提品质的关键。[结论]在实际生产中,应根据不同情况适当选取覆盖和套袋材料,进一步提高红提葡萄品质,推动闽北红提产业的发展。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide technical support for the sustainable development of red-globe grape industry in north areas of Fujian Province.[Method] Through the contrast test of different covering and bagging combinations in the red-globe orchard,the effects of different covering and different bagging in the rain-covering greenhouse on the single grain weight,vertical and horizontal size of fruit,soluble solids content in the fruit inclusion of red-globe grape in north areas of Fujian Province were discussed.[Result] The covering was good to raise the shallow ground temperature.Bagging can lower the air temperature around the fruit.The warming effect of different coverings combined with the cooling effect of different bagging to achieve the balance was the key point affecting the quality of red-globe grape.[Conclusion] In the actual production,the appropriate covering and bagging materials should be selected according to different situations,so as to further enhance the quality of red-globe grape and promote the development of red-globe grape in the north areas of Fujian.
