摘要
目的探讨在神经外科运用阶梯式层级教学模式对低年资(护龄5年内)护士进行培训的方法及效果。方法选择神经外科低年资护士23名,采用教师分层级、教学分阶段的方法进行培训,并分析培训结果。结果本组23名护士培训后考核成绩及护理工作胜任力与培训前比较明显提高(P〈0.05)。结论采用阶梯式层级教学模式对低年资护士进行培训,可明显提高护士的业务素质和护理工作胜任力,确保护理安全。
Objective To explore the methods and the effect of step-level teaching model in the training for junior nurses(work within five years) in the department of Neurosurgery. Methods The subjects were 23 junior nurses in the department of Neurosurgery,and they adopted step-level teaching model. The training effects were analyzed. Results After the training,23 nurses statistically improved their professional competence(P0.05). Conclusion Application of step-level teaching model in the training for junior nurses can improve their professional quality and nursing competence,in order to ensure the safety of nursing.
