摘要
目的研究专利保护战略与医药企业经济效益的相关性。方法本文研究了45家河南省医药企业中国专利申请情况,运用相关回归方法分析了3家上市医药企业（河南天方药业股份有限公司、河南羚锐制药股份有限公司和河南太龙药业股份有限公司）19992009年专利申请数与经济产出（年销售收入/净利润）的相关性。结果结果表明河南省3家上市医药企业专利产出与经济收入成正相关,回归方程有良好的线性关系,方差分析具显著性效果;45家医药企业中超过50%的企业没有进行专利申请。结论河南省医药企业亟需加大制定专利保护战略,提高知识产权的保护力度。
Objective To determine the relation between patent output and economic output.Methods Relevant re-gression method was used.The present study analyzed the relationship between the patent output and the economic output in 3 pharmaceutical enterprises from 1999 to 2009（Henan Topfond Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Henan Lingrui Co.,Ltd.,and Henan Taloph Pharmaceutial Stock Co.,Ltd.）,and the patent application of 45 pharmaceutical enterprises in Henan province.Results There was a positive equation and a positive correlation between the patent output and the economic efficiency in the 3 listed pharmaceutical enterprises,and more than 50% of the pharmaceutical enterprises did not apple for patent in the 45 pharmaceutical enterprises.Conclusion Pharmaceutical enterprises in Henan province need to pay more attention to intellectual property protection.
