摘要
为增强软岩盾构在施工中对工程与地质的适应性,提出了一种通过远距离控制,能够很方便地对切削装置的径向尺寸进行无级调节的机构,从而根据需要改变或者稳定隧道开挖直径。详细介绍、分析了可伸缩边刮刀设计、磨损极限检测装置的设计及变径切削装置的操控。提出的遥控变径方法可在任何时侯对切削装置的切削直径进行连续的无级差调节,要比更换不同尺寸的边刮刀1的有级差调节方法优越,具有省工、省时、安全和成本低的优点;可以在不易换刀或刀盘直径磨损后防止开挖直径小于盾壳的情况下发挥作用,可以作为盾构机的特殊设计要求之一,尤其在江河湖海底下进行盾构掘进施工或不能停机换刀的情况下更值得应用。
A remote-controlled device that can conveniently regulate the diameter of the cutting installations is proposed in order to improve the adaptability of soft ground shield machines to the specific works and the geological conditions.The design of the telescopic scrapers,the design of the wear limit monitoring devices and the operation of the diameter-varying cutting installations are presented and analyzed.The proposed remote-controlled diameter varying method has such advantages as shorter construction time,higher safety and lower cost.The proposed method can be used in cases where it is hard to replace the scrapers or where measures should be taken to prevent the boring diameter becoming less than the shield diameter after the cutterhead has been seriously worn.The proposed method can be serviced as a special design requirement of shield machines,especially when the shield machines are boring under water or when there is no chance to suspend the boring to replace the scrapers.
