摘要
近年来铁路建设长大干线和综合项目增多,此类项目一般均采用施工总承包方式进行建设,项目合同额较大,因此总承包单位需要认真开展项目合同管理工作。京九线电气化改造工程按照"合同管理合法化、过程控制程序化、成本控制目标化、索赔管理科学化、项目管理效益化"原则开展合同管理工作,对施工总承包项目的合同管理方式进行积极的探索和实践。为此,以京九线电气化改造工程为例,对施工企业总承包项目的合同管理工作进行深入研究,具有一定参考价值。
In recent years, for the main and comprehensive project increased, such projects generally adopts the general contractor way to carry out construction, project contracts cost are always some big, so the overall contractor need to conscientiously study how to carry out the project contract management. The contract management of Beijing - Kowloon line electrification transformation project was in accordance with " the legalization of contract management, process control procedures, cost control objectives of, and scientific claims management, project management effectiveness", to the general contractor of the project contract management have carried out active exploration and practice. This paper take Beijing - Kowloon line electrification transformation project for example, discussed the construction enterprises how to carry out general contractor of the project management in - depth , which has some reference value.
