摘要
目的探讨Scarf截骨术结合微型钛板内固定治疗拇外翻疗效。方法 2005年以来应用Scarf截骨术结合微型钛板内固定治疗拇外翻患者15例,随访时间6例2年,7例1.5年,2例无随防。比较手术前后拇外翻角度纠正程度和患者临床症状改善情况。结果所有患者拇外翻角度得到明显纠正,矫正角度最大达27.9°,最小达8.2°;第一、二跖间角14.2～21.3°,平均约17.1°,矫正程度达11.4°。患足外形明显改善,拇囊炎自行消退,行走痛基本消失。结论 Scarf截骨术结合微型钛板内固定治疗拇外翻是一种比较好的方法之一。
Objective To explore the effect of Scarf osteotomy combined with midget titanium plate fixation on pollex valgus. Methods Since the year of 2005,15 cases of pollex valgus were treated by Scarf osteotomy with midget titanium plate internal fixation.Time of follow-up：2 years（2 cases）;1.5 years（7 cases）;no follow-up（2 cases）. Results Comparing the pollex valgus angle and improving of clinical symptom,all cases get the improving.The biggest right angle is 27.9 degree,the smallest right angle is 8.2 degree,the angle of inter-metatarsus between first and second is 14.2-21.3 degree, the average is 17.1 degree,the rectification degree is 11.4 degree. The outline form of invalid foot were improved obviously,bunion disappeared automatically and the pain following walking vanished on the whole. Conclusion Scarf osteotomy combined with midget titanium plate internal fixation is one of the good ways of treating pollex valgus.
