摘要
医生在为疑难病症制定治疗方案时,涉及到患者病情、经济状况、治疗条件和费用等方面的因素,通常是以经验或主观判断为主,而数学在医学中的应用还不多为避免医生或患者的主观选择影响治疗,本文应用数学方法,将可以采用的治疗方案、医患者客观存在的条件及最后拟采用的治疗方案建立成层次结构模型,阐述了将层次结构模型构造成对比较阵、确定一致性检验指标、计算组合权向量及检验组合一致性的方法当因素和层次较多,计算工作量较大,特别是通不过一致性检验时,需重新调整、重建成对比较阵,进行反复计算,因此采用计算机编程对模型进行电算是必要的最后。
As the difficult and complicated cases of illness concern various factors such as the status of
disease,economics of patient,condition of treatment and fees etc,doctors usually determine the
treating plan by experience and subjective judgement rather than mathematics methods.In
order to eliminate the subjective influence of doctors and patients,this article has set up a
mathematical model by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) including the possible treating plan
and the various conditions of patients and doctors.The construction of paired comparison
matrix,the consistent test index and the composition weight vectors etc for the model are
discussed.A computation program is obtained and the example verifies that it is more scientific
and objective to use the method for treating the difficult and complicated cases of illness.
