摘要
采用基于DDS芯片AD9954的信号源设计方法,详细说明了信号源中椭圆函数低通滤波器的设计步骤,进行信号源硬件部分的调试完成了高性能正弦信号源的设计与实现。该信号源可以工作在单频和扫频两种输出模式,输出频率范围100Hz~110MHz,频率分辨率为0.1Hz,频率转换间隔为1.5ms。
Based on the excellence of DDS(direct digital synthesizer),in order to design a sine signal generator with high performance,a design method of signal generator on DDS chip AD9954 is used in the paper.And also the design approach of elliptic function low-pass filter is illuminated particularly.The hardware is achieved finally.The signal generator works in single and swept mode.The capability is as follows:the output frequency range is 100 Hz^110 MHz,and the frequency resolving is 0.1 Hz,the frequency switching interval is 1.5 ms.
