摘要
采用先进的聚氨酯抛光片抛光技术,替代其陈旧的手工打磨工艺,采用正交试验探求加工规律和获知最佳工艺参数,借助于扫描电镜、轮廓仪等测试手段,对歙砚的岩石结构、发墨原理和歙砚抛光的机理进行了较深入的研究,为歙砚加工机械化提供了必要的理论依据和实用的工艺参数。生产率可提高2倍~3倍,歙砚表面质量大大提高。
s:She inkstone as a famous inkstone has been manufactured and used for more than one thousand years in China.But the inkstone is handcrafted along with high intensity of labor,low productivity,high reject rate and bad circumstances.We substitute the old handicraft by advanced polyurethane slice polishing technology.The orthogonal tests were used to explore the manufacturing law and obtain the optimum craft parameter.With the aid of SEW and Taylor Profilograph,the structure and component of the She inkstone was analyzed.The paper discusses the polishing mechanism and provides the necessary theory and pragmatic craft parameter for the mechanical manufacturing of the She inkstone.By means of the new craft,the productivity rate can be raised to 2-3 times.Furthermore ,the quality is improved greatly.
