电弧炉炼钢流程能量优化利用

摘要 对"EAF-LF-VD"炼钢流程能量优化利用进行了研究,通过开发应用电弧炉能量优化输入节能技术(包括集束氧枪供氧技术、分时段控制技术等)、电弧炉烟气余热同收利用系统装备及技术和"EAF-HGR(烟气余热回收’的简称)-VD"’系统的能量集成控制,实现生产优特钢的"EAF-LF-VD"炼钢流程工序能耗每吨钢消耗标准煤由83.79 kg降低到42.43 kg。 Studied for optimal use of "EAF-LF-VD" steel-making processes through the development and application of EAF energy opti- mization of input energy-saving technology (including cluster oxygen lance technology, time sharing control technology etc.), EAF flue gas heat recovery and utilization system equipment and technology as well as integrated control energy of "EAF-HGR (Short for ' heat of flue gas recovery') -VD" system to achieve "EAF-LF-VD" steel-making process energy of excellent steel production from the 83.79 kg steel reduced to 42.43 kg.
