摘要
从西安配电网现状的实际出发,分析了现有配电网管理及配电自动化系统存在的问题,针对配电网信息化程度低等问题,结合西安配电网的特点确定了西安配电自动化系统的建设思路及原则。提出建立信息交互总线、共享配电网地理信息系统及调度系统等信息,建立信息异动、互动机制,实现新系统的信息化、自动化、互动化,为配电网调度管理提供可靠、先进的技术支持平台。
Started from the reality in Xi＇an distribution network,the problems exited in current distribution network management automation system are analyzed.The construction thought and principle are determined combined with the characteristics in Xi＇an distribution network.It is proposed to build information interactive bus,share the information from distribution network GIS dispatching system,set up information reshuffled interacted mechanism for the realization of informatization,automation and interaction in new system,which will supply reliable and advanced technical support platform.
