摘要
车载DVD面板传动机构的功能是实现面板的自动翻转运动,即DVD显示屏的水平运动和翻转运动。通过建立数学模型,分析和计算了传动机构各个零部件的受力情况,并进行了强度设计。实践表明,这种建模和分析方法适用于实际应用,对类似的传动机构设计具有借鉴意义。
The function of actuating mechanism for car DVD panel is to carry out the automatic rotation and horizontal movement of the panel. Through the establishment of the mathematical model, the mechanical analysis of the components is analyzed and calculated, and the intensity design is described in detail. It's proved in practice that the modeling and analysis method is fit for practical application and can be use as reference for similar design.
