摘要
分析了滇池区域环境成本的确认标准,并引入合适的计量方法,计算滇池区域环境成本(即环境污染治理资金投入情况);同时,分析了滇池区域环境累计成本情况及其区域农业村落环境成本规划情况,这对滇池区域环境成本的确认与计量的形成,具有实践性与可操作性的作用。
The identification standard of environmental costs in Dianchi lake basin is analyzed as well as the feasible calculation method. The current situation of environmental cumulative costs in Dianchi lake basin and the planning of environmental costs on villages are also analyzed.
