摘要
行动导向教学法教育理念、基本原则与我国高职教育办学定位及教学改革方向很好的契合。教师应正确理解和把握行动导向教学法的内涵与特点,并指导教学实践,因为每门课程的有效实施是教育教学改革成果应用于人才培养过程中的唯一途径。文章从一名财会专业一线教师的视角,介绍了对行动导向教学法的基本认识与实践体会。
The education philosophy and basic principles of the action-oriented teaching method is very compatible with both the orientation and teaching reform＇s direction of China＇s higher vocational education.Teachers should correctly understand and master the implications and characteristics of the action-oriented teaching method.Furthermore,they should use this method to direct their teaching practice because the only way of applying the results of teaching reforms to the process of cultivating talents is through effectively carrying them out in each course＇s teaching.From the perspective of a teacher specializing in finance and accounting,this paper introduces the basic ideas of the action-oriented teaching method and its application to teaching practice.
