摘要
目前,中国迅速发展的核电站建设人因安全问题受到广泛关注。心理学特别是实验、认知、临床、学习心理学,以及心理测量学等专业分支,是确保核电安全运行的人因工程学的知识基础。在我国,围绕核电站控制室人机接口、操作员工作负荷分析、运行操作员选拔与训练、突发事故应激处置等人因工程问题,亟待开展心理科学研究。
At present,human factors safety of rapid developing nuclear power plant has been attracted widespread attention in China.Psychology,particularly experimental psychology,cognitive psychology,clinical psychology,learning psychology,psychometrics and other specialized branches are the knowledge basis of human factors engineering to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power.In our country,human factors engineering issues around the nuclear power plant control room man-machine interface,operator＇s workload analysis,selecting and educating operation staff,emergency disposal of unexpected incident require the psychological research.
