摘要
通过对汽车燃油泵单向阀灵活性检测台设计要求与难点的分析,确定了检测台的设计方案,进行了气动系统以及控制系统的硬件和软件设计。经工厂生产应用表明,该检测台提高了检测质量和生产效率,达到了设计要求。
Through the analysis on the test-bed's design requirements and difficulties of automobile fuel pump one- way valve's flexibility, this paper determines the test-bed's design including a pneumatic system, the control system's hardware and software design. The plant practice reveals that the test-bed not only improves the detection quality and production efficiency, but also meet the design requirements.
