摘要
利用Li-6400便携式光合仪定位测定黄土高原北部农牧交错带人工山杏林生长季叶片光合速率(h)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE),分析其变化及主要影响因子。结果表明:生长季山杏人工林叶片光补偿点(LCP)的变化范围为15.33~53.91μmol/(m^2·s),光饱和点(LSP)为1159.38—1382.33μmol/(m^2·s),表观量子效率(中)为0.0258—0.0464;叶片C02补偿点(cop)为48.97~89.38μmol/mol,CO2饱和点(CSP)为322.20—413.37μmoL/mol,可见山杏为阳性树种,不耐荫,应栽在阳光充足处。生长季,山杏叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)的大小排序为8月〉5月〉6月〉7月,而水分利用效率(WUE)高低排序为7月〉6月〉8月〉5月。
The values of the photosynthesis rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr) and water utilization efficiency (WUE) ofArmeniaca sibirica plantation growing in the agriculture and grazing ecotone area in the north Loess Plateau in the growing season were measured with Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, and the major influencing factors related to the change of these physiological indexes were discussed. The results showed that the light compensation points (LCP) in leaves of the A. sibirica plantation changed from 15.33 to 53.91μmol/( m2 · s) in dif- ferent period of time, the light saturation points (LSP) varied from 1 159.38 to 1 382. 33 μmoL/(m2·s) and the apparent photon utilization efficiency (Ф) varied from 0. 025 8 to 0. 046 4 in the growing season. The CO2 compensation point (CCP) of A. sibirica plantation changed from 48.97 to 89.38 txmol/mol, the CO2 saturation points (CSP) varied from 322.20 to 413.371xmol/mol, indicating that A. sibirica was a heliophilous tree species that was not shade tolerant and should be planted on sunny sites. The Tr value of the A. sibirica plantation in different months dropped in the order as Aug 〉 May 〉 Jun 〉 Jul; while the WUE value dropped in the order as Jul 〉 Jun 〉 Aug 〉 May in the growing season in the studied area.
