摘要
目的探讨尽快适应实习环境,提高实习质量。方法对护生进行职业道德、业务技术、行为素质、医疗安全及心理强化五个方面的岗前培训。结论开展岗前培训,是护生由学校进入临床实习的桥梁,有利于护生在进入临床后尽快适应角色转变,为提高实习质量,胜利完成实习任务打下坚实的基础。
Objective To adapt to the training environment and improve the training quality.Methods Conducting professional ethics training,business technology,behavior quality,medical security and psychological aggrandizement in five aspects.Conclusion Conducting pre-service training is the bridge for the nursing students to get into clinical practice from school and is conducive to the nursing students adapting to the roles after entering clinical as soon as possible.It also lays a solid foundation to improve the quality of practice and completes practice task successfully.
