摘要
设计合成了具有苯并咪唑结构的芳硼酸类新型荧光化合物,并进行了结构表征;研究了新化合物的荧光性质;并分别探讨了此类化合物在50%甲醇水溶液中对D-葡萄糖、D-果糖、D-麦芽糖的作用,研究结果表明,合成的目的化合物与单糖和双糖都有较强的作用,使化合物的荧光发生特征性改变,特别是对果糖有很好的选择性识别,此类化合物可作为检测果糖的荧光传感器开展进一步研究.
In this paper,novel fluorescence compounds with aromatic boronic acid and benzimidazole were synthesized,and their structures and fluorescent properties were measured.The reactions of these compounds with sugars including D-glucose,D-fructose and D-maltose were examined in 50% methanol aqueous.The fluorescent properties of the novel fluorescence compounds binding with mono saccharides or disaccharides were changed.And the results indicate that the compounds have substantial selectivity to fructose.Further research of this kind of compounds as fluorescence sensor for fructose can be made.
