本文介绍了世界海上风电发展概况,比较了世界各国海上风电的发展政策、产业链情况,以及海上风电技术发展的最新动态,并对我国海上风电发展提出了一些建议和策略。
This paper introduces the present market and development situation of offshore wind power. Through comparison of development policies of many countries on offshore wind power and investigation on industrial chain and the latest technology progress for offshore wind power, some suggestions are put forward for the development of offshore wind power in China.
