摘要
主要运用弹塑性有限元法(借助于MSC/Mentat软件)对冷弯型钢成形过程进行仿真分析,对成形过程中轧辊载荷分布进行预测。通过修改孔型参数达到载荷的合理分布,从而控制成品型钢的质量,并为冷弯型钢成形设备设计、校核提供力能参数。
This paper mainly introduces the utilization of the elastic-plastic finite element method(by software MSC/Mentat.) on the cold-formed steel molding process simulation analysis of roll forming process,the load distribution are predicted.By modifying groove parameters to make the load distribution reasonable,the quality of the finished product steel are in control,which provides force parameters for cold-formed steel molding equipment design and checking.
