摘要
设计一种基于远程控制及故障诊断的抽油机监测控制系统,用以解决抽油机运行过程出现的各种故障和人为破坏等问题。采用无线网络通信技术和分级神经网络算法对抽油机在生产过程中的各种电机参数进行实时采集,综合分析、判断抽油机的工作状态,及时给出预警信息,建立了一套完善的故障诊断机制。
An oil pumping unit operating monitor and control system was designed based on internet-based remote control and diagnosis system to solve various problems,such as failures of units during operation and vandalism.Wireless network communication technology and hierarchy neural network algorithm were used to collect real-time running parameters of oil pumping motor,and they were analyzed comprehensively to determine the status of the work unit and send warning information in time.A set of complete fault diagnosis mechanism was formed.
