摘要
为满足目前机加工行业对复杂型面高精度数控加工的需求,利用不变性原理研究由单片机控制的多轴数控系统跟随误差前馈补偿器,用以消除系统相位滞后和幅值误差。具体方法是在可测量误差产生之前,通过对插补信号进行一定的补偿,来抵消不利因素导致的误差。仿真结果表明:对于一般的数控系统,采用该方法能有效地减小轮廓误差,提高加工精度。
In order to meet requirement of high-precision complex face computer numerical control(CNC)machining of current machining industry,by use of invariance principle,a feed-forward tracking deviation compensator was researched for the microcomputer-controlled multi-axis numerical control system to eliminate the system phase lag and amplitude deviation.The detailed method was that offsetting the negative factors which lead to deviations by compensating the interpolation signals before the measurably deviation appears.The simulation result shows that the method can effectively reduce the contour deviation,and improve the accuracy machining.
