摘要
在室内条件下,测定了5种浓度的乙醇对毛茛全草的提取效果,并研究了毛茛中乙醇提取物对异型眼蕈蚊幼虫的毒杀活性。结果显示,55%的乙醇对毛茛的提取率最高,为28%;75%的乙醇提取物活性最强,对异型眼蕈蚊幼虫有很强的毒杀作用,24 h的毒力回归方程为Y=-1.297+0.022X,LC50为57.913 g/L,而且毒杀效果随着提取物浓度的提高和处理时间的延长而增强。
The extraction effects of 5 concentrations of ethanol on Ranunculus japonicus were determined and the toxicity of ethanol extracts against larvae of Pnyxia scabiei was studied in laboratory.The results showed that the extraction rate of 55% ethanol was the highest,which was 28%.The toxicity of 75% ethanol extract was the best against Pnyxia scabiei larvae with the toxicity regression equation as Y=-1.297+0.022X and the LC50 as 57.913 g/L after 24 hours.The toxicity was enhanced with the increase of the extract concentration and the extension of treating time.
