摘要
目的:研究CD62P分子在不同级别高血压患者中的表达变化。方法:120例高血压患者,按血压水平分为高血压1级组(60例)和高血压3级组(60例),分别测定两组患者的血清CD62P分子和血小板膜CD62P分子的表达。结果:高血压病1级组患者血清CD62P表达明显低于高血压病3级组[(2.88±0.64)ng/ml∶(3.78±0.45)ng/ml,P<0.05];高血压病1级组患者血小板膜CD62P表达明显低于高血压病3级组[(3.35±0.24)ng/ml∶(5.78±0.32)ng/ml,P<0.05]。结论:高血压1级组患者的血清和血小板膜CD62P表达显著低于高血压3级组患者。
Objective：To study the change of CD62P molecule expression in patients with different stages of hypertension.Methods：The 120 hypertension patients were average divided into hypertension stage 1 group and hypertension stage 3 group.The levels of CD62P expression in serum and platelet membrane were detected in all hypertension patients.Results：Level of serum CD62P in patients with hypertension stage 1 group was[（2.88±0.64） ng/ml and hypertension stage 3 group was（3.78±0.45） ng/ml.Level of serum CD62P in hypertension stage 1 group was significantly lower than that of hypertension stage 3 group（P0.05）.Expression rate of platelet membrane CD62P in patients of hypertension stage 1 group was [（3.35±0.24）ng/ml and hypertension stage 3 group was（5.78±0.32） ng/ml.Expression rate of platelet membrane CD62P in hypertension stage 1 group was significantly lower than that of hypertension stage 3 group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The levels of serum and platelet membrane CD62P in hypertension stage 1 group are significantly lower than that of hypertension stage 3 group.
