摘要
钢板镀锌层的产生过程是一个非常复杂的过程．镀锌时要求钢板表面洁净且具有反应活性，因此，在镀锌前要进行脱脂处理，介绍了脱脂工艺方法以及加热技术对镀锌板质量的影响。
The process that the zinc-coat occuring on the steel sheet is very complex. When the sheet is grlvanized, the sheet surface should be clean and be possessed of reaction activity. Therefor sheet must be degreased before gulvanization. The effects of degreaed method and heat technology on the quality of grlvanized steel sheet are introduced.
