摘要
根据目前染色车间实际采用的染色工艺,详细描述了香港立信工业有限公司如何利用Allfit-1实验室染色机实现生产成本的节约和最小化高价原料、染料、化学品及能源的消耗。通过1kg的小样机Allfit-1和2000kg的大生产设备Eco-38的试验对比说明,Allfit-1是大生产获得精确配方和工艺的最佳途径,且能显著减少大生产设备首批颜色校正的费用。
According to real dyeing processes currently used at dyeing houses, this article elaborates how the Allfit-1 laboratory dyeing applications by Fong＇ s Industries Co. Ltd. , Hong Kong, help to save production costs and minimize unnecessary waste of expensive materials, dyestuff, chemicals and energy costs. With the trial on 1 kg sample machine Allfit-1 and 2 000 kg bulk production machine Eco-38, it shows that Allfit-I is an optimal solution to get accurate recipe and process for the bulk production, and the cost of color correction of the first batch on the bulk machine can be reduced significantly.
