摘要
目的:探讨未婚女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合理、有效的治疗方案。方法:对56例未婚女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病病例给予中药湿痒洗液行外阴坐浴,对外阴瘙痒严重且皮肤无破损者,外涂达克宁软膏;对首诊病例给予氟康唑口服0.15,反复二次发病者,72小时后加服0.15,同时进行心理指导开展健康教育。结果:用药后临床有效治愈率为100%,半年内随防无复发。结论:氟康唑口服联合外用湿痒洗液并注重心理指导及健康教育是防治未婚女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的满意方法。
Objective： To investigate the effect treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis on unmarried women. Methods： 56 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis on unmarried women use wet itch lotion, patients of severe genital itching and skin no damage, using Miconazole Nitrate Ointment; the first case of diagnosis using oral fluconazole 0.15, repeated patient increased 0.15 after 72 hours, at the same time using psychological health education guide. Results： The clinical cure rate after treatment was 100% effective, and the anti-relapse within six months. Conclusion： Treating vulvovaginal candidiasis of unmarried women using Fluconazole plus Wet itch lotion and health Education has a good effect.
