摘要
介绍高效液相色谱法同时测定小儿平热静片中对乙酰氨基酚与盐酸异丙嗪两组分含量的方法。采用YWG-G(18)柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(55:45:0.2)为流动相;在312nm波长处检测。实验结果表明两组分在一定浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.4%和100.4%。RSD分别为0.52%和0.74%(n=5)。该法专属性强、操作简便、快速、结果准确。
A RP-HPLC method was used in the determination of Paracetamol and Promethazine Hydrochloride in Pingrejing Tablets.YWG-C18 column was used as the stationary phase and the HPLC was equipped with SPD-CTD-CR-6A. As mobile phase, methanol-water-H3PO4 (55: 45:0. 2) was used. Examine the absorption at 312 nm,the Calibration Curves are linear over the concentration range of 0. 576~1. 344 mg/ml (Paracetamol) and 0.024 ~ 0.056 mg/ml (Promethazine Hydrochloride) respectively. The average recovery for Paracetamol was 100. 4% and for Promethazine was 100. 4%, RSD (n = 5) for the two are RSD = 0. 52% and RSD = 0. 74%, respectively. Nicotinamide was taken as the intemal standard. The results illustrated that this methed is simple and precise.
